Oh this was a lovely one! Kim and Sam were married on a warm September day at Cowbell Creek, surrounded by about 60 of their closest people. Jerome arrived early to capture the boys before the ceremony, keeping things simple with candid moments and a few fun photos in front of the barn door and around the venue. Kim got ready in Neranwoods, and by the time everyone gathered for the two o clock ceremony there was much excitement already brewing and a very excited Sam.

After the ceremony, the guests moved straight into mingling beside the barn with family photos and a big group shot while the bridal party kept things organised. The pre reception started with a champagne tower and the iconic Wheel & Spoon gelato van opening, which quickly became a favourite little moment for guests and an amazing photo op. Portraits followed at Cowbell Creek with their bridal party of 8 and then just the two of them, where we really used the sunlight and the venue’s green hills and sweet animals. We absolutely love the wide open landscape at Cowbell Creek as it really keeps things natural, easy and allows fun moments like running shots and lots of area for us to move.

The reception was so much fun and very light-hearted. Guests entered before speeches began, followed by shared platters and time to mingle. Sam gave his speech before their first dance, and later in the night Kim changed into a second dress for night photos (check out how amazing she looked!). The whole day was nice and simple and concluded with an epic tunnel exit at the very end. We absolutely loved having the honour of capturing Kim and Sam’s lovely day and will always be excited to be invited back to the always amazing Cowbell Creek. Check out their sneak peek below!
