Lila and Josiah were married in the clouds at Cloudview in Springbrook and it honestly felt like something out of a dream. The rain poured all day but instead of letting it dampen the mood it made everything even more romantic and intimate. Tucked away in the rainforest, their ceremony and celebration all unfolded at the same beautiful Airbnb, surrounded by misty views and the people they love most. There was something so calm and meaningful about the way they embraced whatever the day brought. We were so lucky to be there to capture this rainy day on photo and film.

After seventeen years together and three beautiful children by their side, this day was about more than just saying I do. It was about family, history and the life they have already built together. From their first look through to sunset portraits and time spent celebrating with their huge families, every moment felt lovely and genuine. Lila even said the next day that she was so glad it rained, which says everything about the kind of love these two share.
