Wategos Byron Bay Proposal Photography

Last week we captured one of our most favourite things to do as wedding photographers… a PROPOSAL.. especially a Byron Bay proposal! Josh and Georgia started their memorable day with a drink at Rae’s while Jerome was already in position at Wategos, patiently waiting and blending in as a landscape photographer so everything could happen naturally. When the moment felt right, Josh led Georgia to the beach and asked Jerome to take a photo of the two of them, quietly guiding them into place. As the phone was handed back, Josh dropped to one knee and Georgia was completely surprised, smiling from ear to ear on the private stretch of beach. They finished the day back at Rae’s for dinner, soaking it all in and celebrating their engagement in one of the most beautiful corners of Byron Bay. Seriously, such an amazing part of our “job”.
