Oh this was a lovely one. We absolutely love capturing Tweed Coast wedding venues as we are local and know the area so incredibly well. Even after all this time, we feel so lucky to have so many choices of venues, portrait locations and backdrops here on the coast. Christine and Josh’s day was beautiful with the perfect sunset and a great group of Tweed Coast wedding vendors. Christine grew up on the Gold Coast and Josh in Sydney. After meeting when he moved north for work and spending time living and travelling in the UK, they had returned home and stepped straight into this new season together.

The morning unfolded easily with Josh in Kirra and Christine getting ready nearby with her girls, before everything came together at Ancora for their outdoor ceremony under the big tree. From there the day flowed naturally into time with family and friends, shared moments, group photos using the venue’s lovely exterior and a short window for portraits. Luckily we had such beautiful weather and an epic sunset! The reception carried happy energy with their exciting entrance, a champagne tower and heartfelt speeches, along with a few thoughtful touches from their families.
