FAQ:

1. We have no idea how many hours we need or where to go from here. Can you help us?
   Of course we can! We will start by organising a basic timeline of your day so we can see how to distribute your hours and how to cover the most important parts of your day. Just email or text us. Don't hesitate to say hello... we are always in the office! 
2. How many weddings have you photographed? Do you know the area?
   We have photographed about 400 weddings now. How crazy is that? Boy time flies! We know the area between Brisbane to Byron very well. We have shot at most venues and areas and know great portrait locations. If not, we are intrigued! We love shooting new places. Makes us feel genuinely excited and creative again.
3. Can you do a custom package for us?
   Sure can! We know that each wedding is different so we can tailor our packages to suit your needs. Contact us for a special package just for you!
4. Are the photos watermarked?
   Definitely not!
5. Do you do payment plans?
   We sure do! We are happy for you to pay off the balance and even the deposit over the months leading up to your wedding date. Please get in touch if you would like to organise this and we can put a plan in place to lock in your date with us without the financial stress!
6. Do we have to buy the photos in the online gallery or are there any other costs after the wedding?
   Nope. Your package price is the final cost. All your photos will be available to download low-res and hi-res in your online gallery! They are all yours and can be downloaded and shared without having to pay for anything. If you want to buy extras like albums or prints, message us any time to discuss all the physical products.
7. Can we talk more about the packages above?
   Of course! Send us a message and we can give you a call to chat about all of your exciting details.
8. My fiance is camera-shy. Can you work with this?
   Most definitely. Nearly every bride will mention this. We make sure the portrait session is easy, laid-back and natural. This way, we capture your genuine emotions and expressions and avoid any awkwardness. Trust us, you will definitely feel at ease. In fact, we once heard a groom say "Oh, I wish we could do this every day!". Case closed.
9. Will we definitely get drone footage?
   If the weather and venue allows us then yes! If it is crazily windy or rainy, we unfortunately can't use it... but this rarely happens.
10. Do we receive all footage/photographs from the day?
    No, we decide which clips and/or photos will be edited, delivered and arranged into your package. Don't worry - you will get heaps and most of it! Due to our shooting style we choose the best bits without double-ups!
11. Can we choose our music for the video? Unfortunately we can't use copyrighted music due to licensing issues. We use royalty-free music so you can share your films on social media! We make sure we choose music which represents the feel and mood of your day and reflects your individual personalities and loveliness!
12. How does payment and booking in our date work?
    We require a $1,000 deposit for photography, a $1,000 deposit for videography and a digitally signed contract to book in your date with us. The balance is due one month prior to your wedding. Easy peasy! We accept bank deposit, cash and credit card via PayPal. We also offer payment plans if needed!
